Registration is required for admission to the conference.
Information about visas is available at Visa to China. And please select the appropriate button when registering.
Online registration will be available until Sunday, 18 August 2024.

For International attendees: All should register as Standard registration option.
For Domestic attendees：All should pay the registration fee via the payment code.

Registration Fee Payment
1）For International attendees:
Please click on the Registration page in indico(Proceed to checkout) to complete the payment. The registration page only supports payment with overseas issued cards.
Or during on-site registration at the conference. You will receive your invoice with the conference documents during on-site registration at the venue.
2）For Domestic attendees（for RMB only）:
Please scan and recognize the QR code below to complete the payment. You can use the Industrial and Commercial Bank app, WeChat, or Alipay to scan the code and complete the payment.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancelation, notification needs to be sent to the conference email fb23@ihep.ac.cn to receive any eligible refund.
The registration fee will be refunded after the FB23 upon cancellations.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number. Refunds will be processed with a bank transfer made to the payee’s bank account and all transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.

After completing your registration for FB23, if you need the receipt of your payment, please send your registration reference number and full name to us via fb23@ihep.ac.cn.
The staff will send you the receipt after October 9, 2024. This receipt will include your affiliation, address, name, registration number, conference date, registration category and the amount you have paid for it. If you need us to list other information, please include it in your request email.
国内参会人员注册费发票于2024年10月9日开始开具，经由电子发票系统发送至代表支付时填写的收票邮箱中。如您在期限内未收到电子发票，请将您的姓名及注册号附带问题发送至fb23@ihep.ac.cn。工作人员在收到您的邮件后，会尽快核实开票情况并重新将发票发送给您。
